Hey everyone! I'm ecstatic to be connected to this tribe of self-improvers.
My name is Nichole and I'm dedicating myself to triumph over unhealthy habits. I'm 22 years old, situated in ?Ingeyri, Iceland.
I'm currently in this personal growth adventure for 4 years and I'm already experiencing unexpected benefits. My energy levels have skyrocketed.
A demanding test I've faced is maintaining consistency. Nevertheless, I've found that engaging in hobbies proves incredibly effective in staying on track.
I'm particularly interested in the emotional regulation associated with NoFap. The idea of rewiring our brains is compelling to me.
When I'm not focused on NoFap, I enjoy Geocaching and mastering Portuguese. Curiously, these activities promote mindfulness and presence during my NoFap journey.
